Shipping Policy – Tiny Dreamers

1. Courier Service

Tiny Dreamers ships all orders using Ninja Van as our official delivery partner.
We aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for every purchase.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 1–4 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Ninja Van and may vary due to courier workload, weather, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
Final rates depend on the delivery address and parcel weight/size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS/WhatsApp (depending on your system).

  • You can track your parcel using Ninja Van’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Issues

a. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Tiny Dreamers is not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect customer information

b. Parcel Marked as Delivered

If the courier marks the parcel as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact Ninja Van directly for investigation.

  • Tiny Dreamers is not responsible for parcels lost after the courier marks them as delivered.

c. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or item arrives damaged:

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Evidence is required: unboxing video + clear photos of parcel/item.

7. Delays

Tiny Dreamers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Ninja Van

  • Weather conditions

  • Festive seasons

  • Courier operational issues

  • Customs (for international orders, if applicable)

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee courier timelines.
